The beach home is located on a quiet street, just 75 feet away from Saco Bay's 7 miles of pristine sandy beaches. There is a boardwalk to the beach across from the corner of Outlook Avenue and Oceanside Drive.
The beach house is very well maintained, clean, family friendly, and decorated in a coastal theme. The hugefront yard is professionally landscaped with gardens-perfect for playing outside! The beach house has 5 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It has a brand new fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, small kitchen appliances, refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The large family room and upstairs both have beautiful hardwood floors. The living room has abundant windows looking out to the beautiful Saco Bay offering gorgeous ocean views at all times of the day. The house's laundry room is complete with GE washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. Fans are located in every room throughout the home. There is parking for 4 cars, 32" flat screen cable tv, WiFi, a Webber gas grill, wrap around decks with ocean views, and an outdoor shower. The wrap around decks include chaise lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables and chairs. The house also has a spacious indoor porch with ocean views and plenty of sitting/dining space! The two wicker rocking chairs on the porch are perfect for reading a book or just relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of the crashing waves.
